At SoulFest, we value our attendees and strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for tickets and services purchased through soulfest.pk.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases described below.
By purchasing a ticket or service, you agree to this Refund Policy.
If an event is canceled by SoulFest, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.
We will notify attendees via email or phone with instructions on how refunds will be processed.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
Refunds are not available if you do not attend the event (“no-show”).
Refunds are not provided for personal reasons, such as illness, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts.
Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Service fees, transaction charges, or taxes may be non-refundable.
