Refund Policy

At SoulFest, we value our attendees and strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for tickets and services purchased through soulfest.pk.

1. General Policy

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases described below.

  • By purchasing a ticket or service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Event Cancellation

  • If an event is canceled by SoulFest, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.

  • We will notify attendees via email or phone with instructions on how refunds will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Event Rescheduling

  • If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

  • If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.

4. No-Show or Personal Circumstances

  • Refunds are not available if you do not attend the event (“no-show”).

  • Refunds are not provided for personal reasons, such as illness, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts.

6. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Service fees, transaction charges, or taxes may be non-refundable.
